Ashanty Chocolate is Certified Organic by the USDA. Our facilities are regularly inspected, and our production process has been vetted by the department of Health. Our chocolates do not contain added flavors, chemicals or additives. All our products are fresh, healthier and tastier than food grown and treated with pesticides.
Cacao doesn't grow in the U.S. but we know the rest of our ingredients grow here, so we use them with pride.
Every other ingredient we put in our chocolates comes from local New York farmers. We believe that locally grown ingredients are fresh and full of flavor since the crops are picked at their peak of ripeness and immediately prepared for consumption.
